Daily Capacity Of 50 Tons! Another Kitchen Waste Treatment Facility In Kunshan Has Been Officially Put Into Use
According to the urban management department of Kunshan City, following the operation of Jiangbei Waste Comprehensive Disposal Center, the first food waste treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons, in August this year, on December 10, Kunshan has another food waste treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons, Zhoushi food waste treatment Center, was also officially put into use.
Zhoushi Kitchen waste treatment Center covers an area of about 1820 square meters, the construction of standard workshop (steel structure building) 1200 square meters, with a total investment of 10 million RMB.
The project adopts the method of separating oil and water after crushing and extruding food and kitchen waste to separate all the oil and slag in the water and send it to the incineration plant. The design processing capacity of the project is 50 tons/day, and if it is operated at full capacity, it can be completed in 4 hours.
Operation profile
The whole set of processing equipment is configured for vehicle incoming material one-time feeding, automatic push, crushing line. The whole set of equipment adopts modular production and assembly to ensure that each link can be disassembled separately for easy maintenance.
The feeding part of the equipment is completely sealed and separated from the back end, and negative pressure is formed to ensure that the odor gas generated during the feeding process will not drift out, and then discharged after entering the gas deodorization system through the pipeline. The overall sealing of the equipment is high, which avoids dripping and seepage during use; Eliminate dirty, smelly, to avoid the impact on the lives of surrounding residents. The service life of the whole equipment is more than 15 years.
Operation benefit
(1) Maximize the recovery of organic matter in kitchen waste and recycle organic matter as resources;
(2) Maximize the recovery of grease in kitchen waste, purify or process it into industrial raw materials, and eliminate the waste grease in kitchen waste to return to the table.
After the project is put into use, the kitchen waste generated by the unit canteen, farmhouse, restaurant and hotel in 8 streets of Zhoushi Town of Kunshan City can be treated harmlessly. According to the principle of daily clear and receivable, the kitchen waste pickup truck will send the kitchen waste to the Dongba kitchen waste treatment station in the morning, through the treatment line dehydration, defiler, deodorization into incinerable residue, combined with the advantages of the district's kitchen waste treatment station near the Everbright renewable energy incineration site, from garbage collection to the end of the treatment takes less than 12 hours.
Environmental protection principle
The "three wastes" (waste gas, waste water, waste residue) generated by each process link of the project meet or exceed the EIA requirements, and all the "three wastes" have proper disposal measures and clear solutions.
